Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Team Leader, Quality Assurance (Graphic Design) to oversee the quality review process for creative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, an eye for detail, and experience in leading QA teams. This role requires expertise in design principles, proficiency in design software, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance process for graphic design projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Review and provide feedback on design elements, including typography, color accuracy, and visual alignment.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Utilize QA tools and feedback platforms to annotate and document design inconsistencies.
- Identify and implement automated QA workflows to streamline the review process.
- Train and mentor junior designers and QA team members, promoting best practices.
- Track and report QA metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in design output.
- Manage QA-related tasks and timelines using project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a QA or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software.
- Experience with internal workflow tools, including QA and feedback platforms.
- Attention to Detail (ATD) – Ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, or deviations in design projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with automated QA workflows to optimize the review process.
