Customer Service Executive (CRM) – Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.
  • Provide support through calls, chats, and emails when required.
  • Assist customers with account setup, memberships, and payment-related issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies while interacting with customers.
  • Update records and CRM systems with customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service (voice process) role.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support processes.
  • Willingness to work in rotational 24/7 shifts, including night shifts.

Job Details

  • Salary: ₹25,000 In-Hand | ₹29,000 Gross
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week
  • Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
  • Shift: Rotational 24/7
