Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support through calls, chats, and emails when required.
- Assist customers with account setup, memberships, and payment-related issues.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies while interacting with customers.
- Update records and CRM systems with customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service (voice process) role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support processes.
- Willingness to work in rotational 24/7 shifts, including night shifts.
