Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service professionals for our International (Voice) Process specializing in Customer Service & Renewals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer queries, upselling, and renewals while maintaining excellent communication skills. Positions are available for both Night Shift (Male Candidates Only) and Day Shift (Linguistic Support – Male & Female).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with renewals, upselling, and service-related concerns.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced international voice process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers when necessary.
- Provide linguistic support (for day shift) in languages like Bengali, Malayalam, Punjabi, Kannada, Telugu, and Gujarati.
- Adhere to company policies and achieve daily lineup targets.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication in all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, upselling, or renewals.
- HSC (12th pass) qualification required.
- Excellent English communication skills for both night and day shifts.
- Age Criteria:
- Night Shift (Male Candidates Only): 24 – 37 years
- Day Shift (Linguistic Candidates – Male & Female): Open
Shift & Work Details
Night Shift (Male Candidates Only)
- Must have prior night shift experience.
- Fixed Night Shift with 2 rotational week-offs.
- 7 positions available for experienced night shift candidates.
- No Urdu-speaking candidates (position already closed).
Day Shift (Linguistic Candidates – Male & Female)
- Candidates must be fluent in English + one regional language (Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi, Kannada, Bengali, or Gujarati).
- 2 rotational week-offs.
- 13 positions available based on language requirements:
- Bengali – 4
- Gujarati – 1
- Malayalam – 2
- North Indian (Hindi-speaking) – 1
- Punjabi – 3
- Telugu – 2
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 in-hand (based on last drawn salary & experience).
