PRE-REQUISITES

Must have skills, education & behaviors
-Possesses at least 3 years work experience in customer service environment with a minimum of 1-year in Contact Center.
-Support or expertise in GSO/Vistaprint workflow/s for the last 6 months. (Applicable only in case of internal promotion/job posting)
-Possess professional training or experience in leadership or people development.
-Must possess professional training or at least 1-year experience in a training field, may include:
-Possesses at least 2-years’ experience in the training/learning field, may include:
-Possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Education/Psychology (preferred) or
-Possesses a Diploma in Education or ISTD Training and Development Certificate (preferred) or/and learning certification from a reputable organization.
-Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning principles and learning methodologies in facilitation and design.

Requirement:
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Fluency in English & Hindi
Advanced levels of multimedia to create engaging classroom/virtual presentations.
Expertise in MS word
Effective Presentation, moderation and public speaking skills
Effective feedback sharing & receiving skills.
Strong communication
Able to use web-based multimedia tools (Go Animate, Adobe Spark etc.) to create basic media solutions.

As a Learning Professional with a stem in facilitation you will contribute to the achievement of the Learning team’s Objectives & Key Results by fulfilling the following T-shaped responsibilities:

Stem (vertical) -shaped
Design Learning Solutions
Applies ID standards + guidelines to deliver high quality learning solutions.
Writes effective and measurable learning objectives.
Applies adult learning principles while designing learning solutions and communication.
Creates different formats of learning solutions and blended learning approaches (E-Learning, ILT, Micro, Game based)
Acts as a POC for lines of business supported by the CI – GSO to drive and improve performance.
Plan, create and Implement from the beginning of course/learning solution inception L1 to L4 evaluation
Perform need analysis for training requests.
Shapes the existing training programs, plans and approach.

Technical Skills/ Functional Knowledge
i.Use eLearning authoring tools to create online learning solutions.
ii.Able to use tools and techniques to record and analyze learning metrics and data.
iii.Able to use advanced levels of multimedia to create engaging classroom/virtual presentations.
iv.Able to create, process and upload learning solutions (SCORM, PDFs, Multimedia etc.) in LMS
v.Perform a basic level of diagnosis of LMS.

Analytical Skills

i.Able to observe/record behaviors of learners before and after learning solution impact.
ii.Able to compare, interpret and synthesize sets of data from different sources; identify possible cause and effect patterns and draw appropriate conclusions from these datasets to arrive at appropriate solutions.
iii.Determine Target Groups, gather data to define needs, prioritize needs, identify, and analyze causes, summarize findings.
iv.Conducts training needs assessment by connecting with various stakeholders.
v.Able to analyze learning solutions effectiveness conducted in different environments/ countries.

iv.Collects, analyzes, and distributes results of evaluation, and other training data.
v.Maintains training database, prepares, and distributes all team reports.
