Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to drive process excellence and lead cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in program and project management (Non-IT), stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Communication, or a related field).
- 2+ years of experience in Process Excellence with a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of experience in Program/Project Management (Non-IT).
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
